How Does It Work?

The journey follows five key phases, each leading into the next in a cycle of progress:





- Pick a Skill – Sarah starts by selecting ‘handstand’ as her goal. Move Journey offers handstands as one of the popular skills that is great to get started with.
- Assess Proficiency – Before diving in, Sarah needs to assess where she stands. She begins with a simple test, progressing from a plank to a wall-supported handstand. Move Journey detects her pose using the camera and evaluates her proficiency, or she can self-report her level.
- Create a Plan – Based on her assessment, Move Journey generates a custom training plan. It offers a structured workout she can perform over the next few weeks, progressively building strength and technique.
- Practice Movement – Sarah follows her plan, completing exercises designed to improve her stability, endurance, and control. She practices consistently and refines her technique with AI-assisted feedback.
- Community & Challenges – To stay motivated, Sarah joins a handstand challenge where she can compare progress with others, share photos, and get support from the Move Journey community.
